Returns and Exchanges

I gladly accept returns if item meets all requirements.

Contact me within 3 business days of delivery for conversation.

Return and Exchange Details:

I will refund the cost of the item within 14 days if requirements are met upon the return of that item. Shipping not included.


Must be an original Dee’s Darling Product. Must be intact as shipped to location. Pictures of each item and label will be taken before each shipment to customer to ensure quality.

Shipping items back with shipping charges: Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. It is recommended to have insurance on item for return.

If the item was damaged during shipping return and you did not pay for insurance: You must send me a digital photo of the item to be refunded. Refunds are upon discretion of maker.

Shipping Policies

I ship all items USPS First Class or Priority Mail with insurance. If you live in an area where packages are at risk for of being stolen, please request signature confirmation at customer expense.

Depending on the time of year, it can take 1 week to 6 weeks on all packages. Please contact me if you have a special date and I will try to help.

I have tracking and delivery confirmation on all items.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom or personalized orders.

Before ordering, you will want to check with your Customs Office how much you will be charged.

Custom orders

I can recreate any of my Darlings you see in my shop. I can change colors upon availability or size. I also can recreate your Darling pets from photos to be remembered forever.

For custom orders:  I request a 50% down payment before creating an item and payment in full before shipping. I prefer payment in full. Please give me a good amount of time.
